Welcome to an inside peek of mine and my husbands journey to a sweet tiny human. I could not tell you about myself without including this man, after all, he has become part of who I am. If you are reading this blog chances are you already know me, you have already followed our journey on Facebook. However, in the off chance that this has reached a stranger, I would like to say hello and I truly hope our journey and love can impact you and help you, like sharing it has done for me.
We are both twenty-four years young and reside in a small military town in Eastern North Carolina. My husband Nick (probably referred to as Chuck in most of these post), joined the Marine Corps in 2015 when we were just three short years into our love story. I was a student working towards a degree in education which I obtained in 2017! Now I work as an Assitant Director of a local childcare center. I am convinced that I was put on this Earth to be a mom, and my love for children and education has helped me to realize this.
There is not too much more to say about me. Lately, life has revolved around TTC and finding work. The only other thing I can think of is I am a very open person. In regards to this journey, Nick and I are on, I am an open book. I will talk about the pretty, the ugly, the sad, and the amazing. This is life raw and uncut. It is the part of love and military marriage and TTC that people do not see. I truly hope if anything, this blog helps someone.
Thank you for the support, love, prayers, good vibes, and encouragement.
xoxo, ALD
